During summer 2025, I supported Warner Bros. Discovery’s employer brand through original video production and social content for the WBD Life channel. My work focused on translating employee experiences, workplace events and company culture into engaging stories for current employees and prospective talent.
I managed projects from concept through completion, including ideation, scripting, filming, interviewing, editing and publishing. By analyzing audience behavior and strengthening video hooks and pacing, I helped increase five-second viewer retention by 55% during my internship.
